Refund policy

 

Flourish Maternity will happily refund or exchange your purchase within 30 days from purchase.  We understand the difficulties of purchasing online and we want to ensure that you are happy with your clothing.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The tags must still be attached and there cannot be any marks, fluff, fur or damage to the garment.

Upon receiving the return we will inspect and advise if you are eligible for a refund or exchange. The return must be received within 30 days of purchase.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 -10 days.  Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

To return your product, please send us an email and consider using a traceable shipping service to ensure the garment arrives back to us. We will not be responsible for any lost returns.

We offer free shipping for returns and exchanges.

Sale Items - Please note, end of season sale or final clearance products that you have purchased at a discounted price are not returnable.
